New proposal for a 4 storey office building in Uxbridge, a small town of roughly 10,000 people.
The old plan, which wasn't nearly as ugly (actually won a few architectural awards), actually started construction before the anchor tenant went bankrupt (and was later convicted of securities fraud). The site has been sitting as a half finished foundation for nearly 5 years now.. And has finally found a purchaser willing to develop it.
