Floor plans look decent!

I registered 2 months ago, but haven't got call for a preview yet. Must be first come first serve. Anyone who was invited this Sat is kind and generous enough to let me tag along? ;)

Most floor plans look great. Pricing is very good too. I also like the fact that they are giving appointments to Joe Public AND Joe Realtor, and that they are going the appointment route (instead of the "first come, first serve - only day only - hysteria - line up here"). Standard finishes look very good too.

My only complaint is that there is no specific pricing for the individual units (or maybe I am not high up on the food chain to get the specific pricing).

Wow! At these prices and finishes, this project should sell out in under two weeks.

The Berczy, along with Five, are definitely my favourite new projects in Toronto.

Heard tonight from a friend who had an RE at yesterdays VIP preview that you can only buy a parking spot for suites at least 800 ft2 or bigger.

Did anyone with an appointment past 1030a sat get what they wanted?? Plus how many people were at each time, I had 1045 and was stuck taking something I really didnt want and Far bigger then "plan"... Curious, as that was a pure gong show there today

Haha. I have an appointment at 2:45. Maybe I'll get scraps.

What unit were you considering (initially) and what did you end up with ? If you don't mind me asking.
