phases of development with four residential towers at 12, 23, 27 and 43 storeys on two, six storey mix-use
podiums and redesignate the lands as High-Rise Mixed-Use."

Well, they aren't in a rush! LOL; in the opening section of the Planning Justification Report, they state a phasing-plan of 15-20 years.

interestingly, despite being in the City of Vaughan, these are posted on the city of Toronto's development application portal.


The City routinely does this for anything that directly abuts Steeles. I've seen it a few times now.
