I see that Canada and others have imposed new sanctions today. Has anyone done a compilation of these as I bet it would reveal some interesting links to see who (or what) is sanctioned by countries A, B and C but not by country D.

Yep. And it's extremely dangerous to the crew. Normally, there's a shot counter that tracks shots and you are never supposed to get close to barrel wear that might result in catastrophic failure like this. That their crews are being pushed to this point says a lot.

They are likely running out of equipment. I would not be surprised to see T-35's out there soon.

And a big part of this is that the Ukrainians see rebuilding as part of their resistance to a Russia seeking to erase their identity and healing against trauma.

I think had Putin understood that Ukraine was an impossible nut to crack he may have reconsidered.
