So is it essentially bolted to the concrete foundation? There's a lot riding on those bolts, if so!
 
That is infill indeed! Looks like my unit and my upstairs and downstairs neighbours' units ripped out of our building and dropped in place. No, wait.....this thing is even narrower. I like it. How many of these can be dropped in various spots around the city? Surely in the 10-15K range.
 
What? How can that get built so close to the other house? It must be blocking all the light from their windows, to say nothing of being just really pushy and out of place with the rest of the street.

Looks like a better future to me.
 
Oooh the details on this area really nice. I love the shipping-crate take on a dormer window! That's the kind of idea that probably could be really clunky easily but it's very tastefully done here IMO and a fun interpretation/flip of a heritage style.

The pattern of the side windows and the orange door are fantastic too.
