No they are posting meaningless content of a video which is completely unrelated on a thread that hasn't had any activity in a month. They do this all the time and its so annoying. I saw a video on Hudson Yards a week ago from the B1M which would be useful. This. Is. Not.

Would no ramps really open up that much space though. The expanded don mouth as seen above taking up a lot of space. What is not show however is the expansion of the rail yard above. That is going to take up much of the space between the yard and the trail. I agree and support having no ramps...

Wood and warmth are the future of building. I think that this is trailblazer and in coming decades this will be more and more "Toronto Design" You might see more trees in the west/east coast but don't be fooled Ontarios forestry sector is still big just maybe a little far north.

So I guess that means all the housing around is also at risk and in the flood plain?
