Based on my search through the site i think it has been axed, otherwise it would've been my go to. I still buy games physically when I can. I got my classic SNES at woodbine a couple years back.

I was going to write that the one good thing Woodbine has now is EB games since the one at the former Rexdale mall has closed permanently. I went in there a little while ago, this is one of the brightest stores I've ever been in, it almost hurts your eyes lol. They went overkill with the lighting inside.

if I understand correctly they already got the zoning for the whole site. I wonder if this means they want to change the overall plan (i.e. increase densities) for the last 5 buildings or re-jig it completely? Or it's simply the process to get the next phase done? We'll find out soon enough when...

They did a decent job with the street scaping for the Hwy 7 BRT that was recently constructed, previous to that it was a standard median.

I recall there were two alignments considered for Bolton Go, one went through Weston and Finch and the other went through I think near Finch and Chesswood, and the report considered the Chesswood alignment as preferred, I'll try and dig it up.

Based on what I've read in this thread, this would be an acceptable mix of tree shade coverage and mowed grass? I like how the whole 6 storeys is covered from the street, the only other issue perhaps there could've been a better mix of tree species?.

This doesn't sound like the worst idea, sell the land on condition that the culture hub gets built on the podium, put some towers up top, and allocate a certain # of units to affordable housing, everybody wins lol
