Hamilton has a surprisingly large area for future sprawl but yes, most of this is reserved for employment lands similar to around Pearson, as well as for expansion of the airport itself.

This evening (Sept. 15) from Danville Park in Mississauga. Islington Terrace blocks the view a bit, but you can see where it's at relative to CIBC Square and the CN Tower really well from this angle

This is way Upper James, almost at the edge of the sprawl but nonetheless great to see this kind of development reaching so far, especially considering there is still plenty of room for said sprawl to expand south before hitting the Greenbelt (I say as I begin sweating haha).

Milton seems to remove documents from their development page once they're approved so I'm working with the Traffic Impact Study and a local news article here, but I noticed this massive area had some construction happening and an old stone house had been moved like 150 metres down the street...

I actually feel a bit sick, THIS is what we're allowing in arguably THE most prominent and iconic location on our skyline?? Awful.
