Well, a school with 24 classrooms plus a childcare centre likely has around 40-45 staff there during the day, which most if not all will have their own car. Add parent volunteers and other visitors who might require parking and 60 is pretty appropriate I think.

This lot is actually (or possibly was) leased by McMaster, I was kind of expecting this to end up as student housing of some form.

I think it's important to note that these are the ONLY two single family homes on this stretch of road which is not only lined with 5-12 storey buildings, but also already has multiple proposals like this one, and a well-used bus line
