I'm not familiar with that area of town but this is the model at Kipling. People come from the West or North to park at Kipling station for free and take the subway downtown

I don’t really see the leaves. Regardless, I never liked this bland, lazy, boring Concord towers so it could be a leaf, a beaver or a polar bear and I still wouldn’t like it

By the time you have to close on this, the interest rate will probably have dropped. I'm guessing closing in 2027 or 2028

Wow it's busier than I thought for something that has opened for 2 days!

Went to check out Lulu Bar that just opened yesterday on Wellington street. It’s the first bar/restaurant to open on the North side. Already somewhat busy. It’s a bit smaller than expected.
