I've come to the conclusion that 1 Front West should be a mix of office and condo/hotel to maximize its potential ... still working on an iconic design for this site. Maybe something crazy could shake up the Dominion? I'm still perfecting my 8000 sq ft Toronto condo tower model, currently...

This project would've looked great next to Mississauga City Hall.

I'm pretty lazy so I mostly go to Indie Ale House but for craft breweries, New Hamburg's Bitte Schon Brauhaus is my absolute fave--worth the drive and not a single dud amongst their selection. I am tired of this IPA crap though.
