Bring the Sheppard line to Markham or Morningside, and then make the EELRT run into Malvern with some type interchange station with the Sheppard line. Scarborough needs RT east of McCowan.

I have a feeling they will not bring this east enough. They're gonna terminate it at stc or McCowan, when it needs to go to at least Markham, preferably Morningside.

I'm a youth outreach worker working at several different locations downtown. There's no way I can travel by transit to downtown, and then travel by transit to different locations. My 8hr work day would be on local transit. With another 2 hrs for commute to and from home.

How exactly are Scarborough residents supposed to end up downtown if the Gardner is removed? U want us to take main roads all the way into the city?

That's my main gripe, I live in the Lawrence and Morningside area, it use to be like 32-40 trip to get to Kennedy during peak times. I don't know what it's like now cuz I drive but still, anyone east of McCowan is still in a subway desert basically If they could bring Sheppard east to Markham...

No interchange stations, 3 new station builds, tunneling already commenced, is this really a 7-10yr project. Am I just vastly underestimating construction times of a project like this?

How on earth can anyone really dispute or argue that this picture is some how intrusive? I see plenty of trees in that picture. I'm all for protecting and planting trees trust me, but arguing about trees when trying to build a subway is a little backwards and possibly obnoxious no?

Why exactly are we going to need a subway on eglinton rather than LRT - does a Subway cab hold more ppl than an LRT cab. Or is that just another jab of the line not being fully grade separated ?
