The construction manager is pretty well known as one of the worst in the city. You can google their other projects and they have moved along at a very similar pace.

If Communities spent as much time/money/effort thinking about building materials, how a building meets grade and architectural details vs height, shadows, density…then buildings in this city would be much nicer I think.

Not a lot of building left on the upper floors. Nice units with outdoor space I bet though.

Added the corner and a lot on Osler and a couple floors. This is a similar sized project to Junction Point now. Versus the 26 units they started with

Hopefully this turns out well. Tons of potential. I wonder what trade is doing the cladding. Pretty detailed work required to make it look good and age well.

Read article...not sure I see where it helps your argument. My argument is if we built more homes it would help homes become more affordable. You don't agree? I would add to that that we shouldn't bring in higher #'s of people if we can't build more homes. Or, only bring in people w the skills...

If anything I think this building is evidence of an atypical/smaller developer that is trying to do their best they can to replicate precisely what they rendered. I've heard from various architects and designers that industry insiders are amazed w some of the design decisions on this building...
