Thank you! We are new at this too so in the same boat as you. The decor people were nice not too pushy to do upgrades and they took their time showing everything. If you are planning on doing any changes/upgrades just keep in mind you have to pay upfront. Their main standards were the 3 options...

Hi! Our occupancy is April 15th! We haven’t had a PDI though, they said the inspector will be doing it on their own and will leave a list in the unit. What floor are you guys on?
