Even with the upgrades the finishes are 7/10. For similar price, i know someone who bought at regent park through Daniels and no upgrades were necessary and had much better quality. Which type of unit do u hold. We also own a 12th floor 1+den closing the day after urs.

We have our PDI- unit inspection for our 2nd floor unit on the west tower later this month. The new sales centre located within the west tower is now open with only a hand ful of units left. 2- 2 beds 907sqft on the 3rd phase listed for 498k and a few bachelor units ranging from 187k to 230k...

occupancy delay I just got written confirmation that occupancy has been delayed by two and a half months. Going by the pace of work,I thought there would not be delays. Great to see the project come along nicely.

I recently drove by and came to know that the empty land across from the sales centre, on Vanderhoof beside the basketball court has Aspen logos. Do they own the land now and any info on any future condos there? I believe they are currently using it as a parking lot. Thanks.

construction I drove by yesterday and the east tower was up to the 10-11 floor and the west tower was up to the 8th floor.

Did anyone else who purched a unit on Tower 1 or 2 get a construction delay letter ?
