Project looks really nice but I'm concerned about the developer (Sher). King East seems to be fine but it was probably led more by Lamb. Then there's the IVY fiasco...Sher doesn't really seem to have any track record leading a development. Any thoughts on this?

Any thoughts on the build quality? I've heard of some flooding in the building and other structural issues. Freed seems to have a mixed reputation...
