I think they should use quartz!

I was told that once the third floor is built, they will be able to build one floor every three days. I’m sure that’s true but I think it’s a little unrealistic! Perhaps an entire week or two per floor seems more likely..

Thanks for posting! I was down there the other day and saw that they are now building above ground! Very exciting! Maybe we’ll really get to move in sometime in the next 18 months! 😊

We bought on a floor that has absolutely no view! We originally had purchased a townhouse from Freed and the project ended up being dropped. We were almost unable to buy this one as prices had gone up so much! We decided that since there was not much of a view unless you bought on the 6th floor...

We also bought in 2017. I think we paid $808 per square ft. We just received an email today for choosing finishes.

I agree 100%. I was also looking for a place without amenities! I have friends paying $1500 in maintenance fees. I belong to a club so I didn’t want any amenities. This was just what I wanted.

Really? That is sickening! How do you know? I think it’s horrible how the builder does not give us any updates! We cannot make any plans!

When do you think people will be able to move in? I cannot believe I’ve already been renting almost 4 years since I sold my house. It’s really sickening how slowly this project is moving!

Why do you say that possession will be in 2023? Is this sarcasm on your part? Did you buy a unit? Are you as frustrated as I am? We would never recommend pre construction to anyone unless of course one doesn’t mind waiting 8 years until completion of a project. I was almost hoping for this...

That Freed article says that he will no longer focus on small projects. Well, why did he purchase the lots on Dupont and Spadina? That is also not a big project! And he states that the move in dates will be 2023....who is he kidding!!! He’d better start 346 Davenport first!

I’ll say he’s not focusing on small projects! We’ve been renting for 3 years waiting for the small 346 Davenport project to begin! I wish I would not have purchased preconstruction! I would never ever do it again! I’m sure most buyers feel the same way I do! SOOOOO DISAPPOINTING!

I think it is some sort of waterproofing as it is the zero lot line to the building owned by the city of Toronto. I believe that is the women’s shelter.

Finally...some activity!!! Let’s hope it moves quickly from this point on!

Looks like there is soon going to be some activity at 346 Davenport Rd. Crossing my fingers!
