yah the floor plans are up on the website and they're quite good. but starting at 1.1million they should be. none of them have main floor powder rooms though which really surprises me. Perhaps they're offering that as an option or an upgrade, but not on the main plans. that's a huge surprise...

sorry but I think the home floorplans are awful. no bathroom without walking through someone's bedroom. tiny with one room stacked on top of the other. definitely not worth the money IMHO besides the great location
