My early DEC firm occupancy east tower 12th floor hasnt changed YET! But the recurring posts indicate a 2 month span so the YET May change to FEB 2024 Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Read same 2 weeks ago , Hopefully successful claims happen 🤞🏻 it’s not full coverage for expenses incurred but it certainly helps.

East tower 12th floor DEC 06 2023 🙋🏻‍♂️ Super curious IF each tower will have its own corporation TSCC # or combined , and if the building will register before the lofts are completed.

They do Ive Been its fun ..... from what ive read the land STACK is on is set as and to be parkland, they were given a 3 year lease with a 2 year extension. Going on year 3 soon :)

1st Post/Reply :) Curious if ASPEN will start digging for the south towers Spring 2020 or market and sell Historic Lofts First ? This project needs to get going......It's been Selling since late 2017
