    Any really good real estate lawyers that frequent this forum/are active posters? I want to run something by you and see if it's a case you can pursue/would like to pursue. Recommendations are also welcome. Need someone that is very aggressive and can make a case out of bad faith by the developers.

    Kinda off topic but never trust a developer will be as nice with you, as they are when you're purchasing a unit, after sale.. Awful experience. Quite shocked to be honest. I understand the markets are bad for developers as well, but being this large of a developer and not even communicating...

    I'm sorry, I disagree. Turning a blind eye to the financing because it has no bearing on the day to day activity is being very ignorant. If a cartel from Mexico comes to Toronto and finances the best building in Toronto, are you okay with that? You'll just say you don't care how it's financed...
