The beautiful mid century facade at 76 Adelaide is getting torn off. Really hoping this isn't going to see a curtainwall reclad similar to the buildings west of here.

Didn't see anything on here about this. Small project on Elm Street, what used to be Oro Restaurant is getting a renovation. Currently under scaffolding but a small brick sample is visible.

Scaffolding has been erected along the ground floor of 180 Bloor Street West, and workers were chiseling away at the precast panels on the upper floors. The leasing flyer only mentions lobby renovations, but it looks like something might be happening on the exterior as well...
