Has this building come up relatively quickly, from groundbreaking to topping off in about 20 months? Or is that the appropriate speed given the smaller site and height?

20 months to build the structure of a 5-floor building is on the slow side. Space is limited at this site, which probably slows construction speed.

It's worth noting that the fact that it's a concrete frame versus a wood frame is good for building longevity.
 
The brick seems darker than in the renderings. That's not a bad thing, but the facade feels like it needs some more accents or more contrast. Overall, though, it's a good addition to the neighbourhood.
