For some reason, I first read "excitement builds" as "excrement builds". It's quite a possibility though with this building.

As I see the name Madison plastered across the crane.........I think to CF and Lamb having done the same.

I find it funny. I mean it's not a lot of money, but it's not nothing to be bothered doing that..........

And yet, I feel in every one of those cases, based on the reputation of the builders, you'd drive more sales at higher per ft2; by leaving their names off the project! LOL
