Concrete pumping system being installed for the new Portland Commons building.

(A side note - when the initial consultation coordination conference call was held with area residents a couple of years ago, the question of whether a concrete pump system would be deployed due to the noise factor from operation of the pump, and Ellis-Don informed those on the call that there would not be a pump - all concrete would be via bucket lifts from the cranes. Presumably, as times change, the economics of different construction methods evolve, and plans are modified accordingly. The charitable interpretation...)
