Based on this photo, it is definitely HVAC exhaust which you can tell from the grills behind. Would be lovely if you could find those details.

Above the windows, I assume those are HVAC exhaust grills or could they be part of the irrigation system for the living wall? I can’t quite tell

Photo taken tonight. They added the chandelier and removed the wall, floor and the concierge table covers. It's looking pretty good.

yeah it's hard to say. I see the lobby and landscaping still have a lot of work to be done. I have seen condos be occupied before these are fully complete but keep us updated!

This is south-west corner but this project doesn't have balconies, only Juliet balconies unfortunately.

Mind be asking if your unit is located near the bottom, middle or top floors? Just curious and trying to understand the difference in occupancy dates. I'm on the upper half of the building and my occupancy is May.

Today they started on removing the hoist. Looks like they'll be working on the south units soon!

Hi there! No, from what I know we are not allowed to access the units unless you have a PDI date. There is always security on site and you will not be able to enter the property. I walked by yesterday and tried to chat them up but they seemed uninterested.

so i don't know how they're going about construction but it seems like the units in the south aren't as developed. you can see all the units on the right side (all the way to the top) still have a lot of work to be done

does anyone have the amenities floor plan?

Did they update you on occupancy?
