Does anyone know when I could request special electrician services while the walls are being built? i.e if I wanted wall sconce lighting in the bedroom and wanted light fixtures against the wall, can that be done afterwards by an electrician?

Let me clarify. There are no light fixtures in the living room and bedroom unless you upgrade.

Ken, the picture of the bathroom showerhead is an upgrade for around $700, or even the better one for $1600. The standard showerhead is a tiny little snout.

I picked my finishes on Friday and last notice indicated occupancy in November. It took me about 1.5 hours but I've already been there to browse before. And I think its safe to say that you have to pay levies unless there is any news that say we don't anymore. Why do you assume that we don't?

Since occupancy isn't until november I will wait and probably have Shub as my lawyer. I don't have anything in my contract that places a limit on the amount of levy I could get charged.
