Did you raise this issue with your lawyer? Is Pemberton allowed to do this legally? Since you said usually landlord (Pemberton in this case during interim occupancy) should pay for common charges and property tax.
For the PDI date, did they give you only 1 date or the option to choose another day if you are not available on the first date they chose? I am still waiting on mine.
I think those are assignment sales by private purchasers, not Pemberton. It's normal that lots of assignment sales go onto the market before final closing for pre-cons.
Thanks. I am at southwest tower and I suspect interim occupancy will be long due to waiting on north tower to finish. If I can't rent out the unit, I may have to fork out for 1 year of occupancy fees.
