The Dawes (Marlin Spring) - Real Estate -
I had been living very close from this spot for 2 years. The whole area is Indeed running-down and several homeless shelters locate near. I just wonder that is it worth to buy a 2B unit for living and investment? 🤔 I have no clue this neighborhood will be changed nice and clean.- Endender
