The location isn't amazing either, but in a broad sense, it's fine for a project like this. It's still only a 40ish min drive to downtown (I'm averaging here, it's really a bit less)

It seems that an appointment is not always necessary to visit the Presentation Centre. While looking in the windows recently, my family was invited inside by the Milborne Group rep and given a tour, lots of info, and a printed sales package! https://milborne.com/

According to their FB page, Milborne Group is having an event at ClockWork at Upper Joshua Creek in Oakville, and Mattamy Homes is offering these incentives:

September 28th update.
The Beer store has vacated the premises and a fence with gates at the east driveway to The East Mall Cres and a gate at the bridge on the western side leading to Cloverdale mall are in place. No longer a shortcut to bypass the light to cross The East Mall on the way to Dundas. Photos on my Bluesky to follow in a couple days/week. It was a busy shooting day with absolutely premier conditions!
