SmartCentres is redeveloping its 9.3-acre Westside Mall site at 2400 Eglinton Avenue West in Toronto. This property has unprecedented connectivity, as the future nexus of a new Eglinton Crosstown LRT and GO Station, linking East:West and North:South transit across the GTA. 

The proposed mixed-use development includes 327,000 SF of predominately residential GFA. The proposed first phase includes a 35-storey mixed-use tower designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, developed by SmartLiving, SmartCentres' residential sub-brand. The tower would comprised of one, two and three-bedroom units ranging from 600 - 1000 SF and over 26,500 SF of amenity space, inclusive of a party room, gym, guest suite and landscaped rooftop deck.
