Waverley is a 166-unit Class A rental community at the northwest corner of College St. & Spadina Ave. The project will be positioned as a premium rental building offering the same level of amenities and suite finishes as high-end condominiums. There will be a retail/commercial space on the ground and floor (approximately 6,177ft2 of GFA). The development will include the re-instatement of the historic Silver Dollar Room. Registered as a heritage landmark, many of the Silver Dollar’s original elements are reincorporated into the new space, including the venue's bar, stage, murals, terrazzo floor, and the iconic Silver Dollar Room sign.
