Downsview Park subway station will be the first station north of the current terminus of the Toronto York Spadina Subway Extension (TYSSE). It is expected to open in 2017.

While images of the station here currently label it 'Sheppard West', that name is expected to be moved to the current terminus, Downsview station. The name 'Downsview Park' is preferred by GO Transit and its parent Metrolinx. The station will allow for the transfer of passengers between the Spadina subway line and the Barrie GO Train.

The station is designed the same team that is putting Highway 407 Station together - AECOM as Prime Consultant – Engineering & Architecture : Project Management, Aedas as Design Architect, PB (Parsons Brinckerhoff) as Design Engineers, and Bryan Shaw OAA as Architect of Record.
