Developed by Menkes, the building is designed by &co Architects in partnership with Adamson Associates. The 30 foot high lobby spaces are connected to Toronto's PATH system and include retail, and direct connections to the Air Canada Centre and the Southcore Financial Centre. Strategically located, the building is a block from the Gardiner Expressway and two blocks from Lake Ontario.
